Mr. Mohamed Rayees - Chief Operating Officer
As a risk practice professional, Mr. Rayees has spent his career in the insurance industry in the UAE, India, UK and Saudi Arabia. His career profile spans from management, consultancy, broking, underwriting, marketing and training for various national and global entities.
Mohamed worked with corporate clients in establishing their existing risk management capabilities and employed knowledge and experience of best practices to develop risk management programs and provided advices for many business conglomerates, large infrastructure projects, government organizations, manufacturing and engineering firms, financial institutions, ship builders, ship fleet owners, ports, airlines, multinational corporations, oil and gas exploration, drilling and production companies etc.
He has held several key positions prior to his current position with Al Khazna.

Mr. Rayees has written several articles and delivered speeches on insurance related subjects and insurance regulations at various forums. He has trained people and conducted workshops on human development for various private, national and multinational organizations, business school and general public.
Mr. Vick Khochafian - Head of Administration and Secretary of the Board of Directors and its Committees
Mr. Khochafian is a holder of Bachelor Degree in Business Administration and a Member of the Chartered Management Institute of London (MCMI) and Certified Chartered Manager (CMgr) specializing in Strategic Management and Leadership with extraordinary linguistic skills, he has 17+ years of experience in the field of Executive and Administrative Management, he has worked as an Executive in some of the leading and most prominent companies in the UAE.
Mr. Khochafian in his capacity as the Head of Administration and the Secretary of the Board and its Committees is also the Corporate Governance Officer and the Chairman’s Office Manager.
Mr. Ehsan Hasbani - Head of Motor
Bachelor of Business Administration Degree ( BBA ), Holding Accredited Customer Service Representative designation ( ACSR ) from American Institute for Chartered Property Casualty Underwriters – AICPCU - USA, Holding the designation of Certified E-Marketing Associate ( CEMA ) from Marketing Association of America - USA, Certificate in Supervisory Management from Insurance Institute of America IIA - USA. More than 13 years of work experience in various classes of Technical Insurance Industry within reputed Companies (Marketing & Sales, Marine, Aviation, Non-Marine, Medical, Motor Underwriting and Claims). Administration & Human Resources Management experience within United Arab Emirates Market.
Mr. Reji C.U - Head of Information Technology
Master of Science (Applied Computing) from UK, Project Management Professional (PMP), Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) and various other qualifications / industry certifications with more than 15 years of experience in various information technology areas particularly in ERP implementation, systems analysis, development, Database Administration, networking and other infrastructure projects.
He is a member of Project Management Institute of USA, Microsoft and Oracle Certified professionals.
Mr. Shijil Kumar - Head of Finance
Holding Master of Business Administration(Finance) , Bachelor of Commerce degrees with more than 14 years of experience in insurance and health care finance.
Mr. Ahmad Saeed Al Kharousi - Head of PR & Emiratization
Mr. Ahmed , a dynamic UAE national, has served in different core posts in different private and government organizations for many years.
Mr. Al Kharousi also has a CIP from HCT and he has attended series of training courses mainly in communication and NLP .
Mr. Rejimon Mathew - Head of Internal Audit
Mr. Rejimon Mathew, Head of Internal Auditor having served 17 years in Al Khazna Insurance Company, Rejimon, a Commerce graduate and a qualified CICA from The Institute for Internal Controls.
With 25 years of professional experience in Finance, Internal Auditing, Administration and Human Resource Management, out of which 23 years of experience has been acquired in the Middle East insurance sector, Rejimon is a highly exposed professional to Middle Eastern work methodologies and techniques. In addition, he has taken several trainings in the field of Internal Auditing, Fraud and Anti Money Laundering, Administration, Finance, Insurance and Management from various institutions.
Dr. Diana Ahmad Mahmood Abu Aydah - Head of Medical & Life
Dr. Diana Ahmad Mahmood Abu Aydah ,A reputed medical doctor by profession and a successful healthcare management professional with over 22 years of experience in the medical insurance and the healthcare industry ,she has held many senior management roles in the past with leading medical insurance companies , healthcare providers and health care revenue cycle management company in UAE. She has a solid education back ground holding two Master degree in Healthcare management and Master in Business administration.
She is very effective in understanding the customer requirements and she has been successful in building the trust and cooperation with all types of medical & life policy holders including large government corporates or even small medium sizes companies ( SMEs),
She believe that the medical insurance is a social security for a happy community and health insurance covers should be implemented for everyone and customer satisfaction are the key strength for any company.
Mr. Tarik Al Soulaiman - Head of General Claims
Holding Bachelor Degree in Business Administration (BBA) specialized in Maritime Transport & Logistics, from Arab Academy for Science & Technology and MaritimeTransport, have over 14 years of experience in Marine, Non-Marine, & Aviation and with quality awareness of Insurance Practices in the United Arab Emirates market.
